Zoom and reposition the photo — and adjust the neck line — so your head fills the full height of the frame. A photo that isn't zoomed to fill the frame will print as a smaller cutout than expected, and we can't be held responsible for that.

Tips for the best cutout:
Face the camera directly — a turned or tilted head throws off the jaw contour on Face Only mode.
Use a plain, solid-color background if you can — busy backgrounds can leave stray edges.
Good, even lighting, no strong shadows or backlighting — dark or silhouetted photos don't separate cleanly.
One person only in the frame.
Don't cover your hairline, ears, or jaw — hoods, sunglasses, and tall collars get cut right into the shape.
