LOUD FACE™ Cutouts: Which Size Is Right for You?
LOUD FACE™ Custom Big Head Cutouts are sold by the sheet, not by the piece — and understanding that makes it much easier to pick the right size for your order.
How Sheet Pricing Works
Each 48″×96″ coroplast sheet is $150 and fits a fixed number of cutouts depending on the size you choose:
- 16″ — up to 18 cutouts per sheet (as low as $8.33 each)
- 24″ — up to 12 cutouts per sheet (as low as $12.50 each)
- 32″ — up to 6 cutouts per sheet (as low as $25.00 each)
Every head you upload gets nested onto sheets automatically as needed — order 25 heads at the 16″ size and the builder splits them across two sheets for you.
Which Size Should You Pick?
16″ is the best value per piece and works well when you want a full row of cutouts along a fence or student section. 24″ is a strong middle ground, visible clearly from across the field without dominating the shot. 32″ is for when you want one or two faces to be the unmistakable focal point — senior night, a standout player, a coach’s milestone game.
Getting a Clean Cutout
The photo you upload matters more than anything else. A real phone or camera photo (not a screenshot), a head that fills the full height of the frame, direct eye contact with the camera if you plan to use Face Only mode, and a plain background all lead to a cleaner final cut.
